APSS LogoOur client APSS are an approachable interior fit out specialist. Supported by an in house design team, which provide innovative solutions to transform commercial premises and create modern contemporary interiors. After an initial discussion with the design team, we made a site visit in order to identify, the correct calibration of tile which would be suitable. We also needed to understand the type of clientele that would occupy the building and if any unusual   circumstances would impose limitations of internal surface finishes.

The reception area was tired and in need of inspiration. We needed to provide a surface solution that would be “Fit for Purpose” and still provide a modern concept. We proposed various floor tile options that were of high quality standards, fabricated from reputable manufacturers and also met pre-determined budgets. The professional design team then seconded to the task of collating all the ideas from all their trusted suppliers and crafted an inspired solution which would be functional, aesthetically pleasing and comply with energy efficient systems.

The tile selected by the design team ,Concrete Project, was from one of our main suppliers Imola. It was introduced to the market at Cersaie 2012 and has quickly established itself as a sought after floor tile for commercial projects in all colours. We supplied over 250m2 of Concrete Project B in 300x600mm, fixed in a Brick bond finish. The contemporary look of the floor tile complimented the overall new concept introduce by APSS designers as well as exceeding stringent ISO standards.

Our supplier on this project Imola, pride themselves on the high quality production standards they achieve, as well as ensuring that they more than contribute to protecting our  planet and environment we all enjoy. The redevelopment was extended over 2 levels and working to a stringent  timescale of 12 weeks. As a result, this project provided a greater profile to reflect the building owner’s position and presence in this commercial office environment and the ability to attract more tenants.

APSS combining both Design & Fit Out under one umbrella enabled them to offer full turnkey solution to their client. The project was delivered on time, on budget and with minimum inconvenience to the occupants.

Stuart Wall of APSS commented “ We were thrilled to design and refurbish such an interesting building. Our thanks go out to the significant contributions made by all our supplier including Verde Ceramica (UK) Ltd. Again we found that Verde were willing to go that extra mile in terms of late night deliveries of materials to site and supporting us 100% in ensuring, that our client was delighted the concept we fabricated and handed over on time.”
